B1368 from Barkway (Royston, Cambridge), pass the petrol station on your right, continue for about 1 mile until you reach a crossroads with a felled tree and black barn. Turn LEFT and proceed three quarters of a mile, we are the black barns set back from the road with a vineyard in front.

B1368 from Hare Street (Stortford, Ware, Hertford) pass The Bee Hive PH and continue for about 3 miles, pass the 1^st Anstey turning and continue around a slow left bend, turn right at the black barn on your right (Wyddial turning to your left) and proceed three quarters of a mile, we are the black barns set back from the road with a vineyard in front.

From Buntingford (A10): either take the road to Hare Street and follow the directions above, or take the 21-Bends road via Wyddial, when you reach the T-junction with the black barn on the B1368 go straight across the B1368 and proceed three quarters of a mile, we are the black barns set back from the road with a vineyard in front.

Accessibility and Parking:
There is parking directly outside the clinic entrance and ramps for access. There are no steps. There is a toilet accessible for wheelchair users.

Waiting:
There is only small waiting area but please respect confidentiality. You are welcome to wander and look at the goats and hens and in fine weather there is outside furniture.

Our pets and home:
We have 3 Maremma Sheepdogs, 3 cats, 2 goats, many hens and hundreds of bees. We have large ‘enthusiastic’ dogs loose on the property, please let me know in advance if you have any concerns. Our bees should be well away from any patients and the goats are behind electric fencing, so please be careful.

The vineyard has 3 varieties of grapes for table wine, they are due to become harvestable in 2025 and are underplanted with Hiscott Lavender.
In winter months a tributary of the River Quin runs through our property, a registered chalk stream.
